  • YOU DO NOT HAVE TO APPEAR IN COURT TO GET A DIVORCE.

  1. How long will it take to get a divorce?

  • IT GENERALLY TAKES FOUR-SIX WEEKS TO GET A DIVORCE.

  1. Do I have to have a Separation Agreement before I can get a divorce?

  • YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A SEPARATION AGREEMENT TO GET A DIVORCE.
